Good knowledge of labour laws and P&A functions is preferable. Those working in PSU/Govt. should have worked in immediate lower scale for at least 02 years. In case of private Sector employee, CTC should be comparable to the immediate lower scale. The position requires that the candidate should have ability to organize Finance & Administration functions independently and should have thorough knowledge of framing policies required for mitigation of risk to the corporation and financial concurrence.
